Medical Information & Eligibility Screening. To ensure the safety and well-being of clients, we may collect limited medical history through intake forms as part of our eligibility screening process for services provided.

  • How We Use It: Your medical information is reviewed only by Vanessa Crites, our retreat medical team (when appropriate) and, when necessary, shared anonymously with external medical professionals for eligibility assessment.
  • Not HIPAA Compliant: We are not a medical facility and are not subject to HIPAA regulations. However, we take privacy seriously and handle your information with care.

By submitting your medical history, you acknowledge and consent to our review process. If you have concerns about privacy, please contact us before sharing your information.

Therapist Referrals & Client Confidentiality. If you are a therapist referring a client for services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have obtained the client’s consent before sharing any personal or medical information.
  • Any client details shared will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of supporting their integration process.
  • com does not store or share therapy-related session notes. Any information provided is treated with the same privacy protections as other client interactions.
  • If a therapist requests consultation on how to navigate psychedelic-related client inquiries, no identifying client details should be shared without explicit client consent.
  • Therapists referring clients must ensure they have explicit consent before sharing any client information. No therapy session notes, diagnostic details, or clinical records will be stored by VanessaCrites.com. Any information received will be used strictly for integration support purposes and not shared beyond the necessary support team.

Third-Party Platforms.We utilize third-party platforms such as Jotform (for secure forms and electronic signatures), Stripe, Venmo, or Paypal (for payment processing), and scheduling platforms such as Calendly. These tools have their own privacy policies and may collect and store your data in accordance with their terms. By using these tools, You also agree to their individual privacy and data protection practices.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology. As You navigate our Website, we use automatic data collection technologies such as cookies, pixels, server logs, and analytics software to collect certain information about Your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.
